On-demand Business Architecture and Business Analysis

from an expert in AI and Agile discovery, planning and delivery

Hi. I’m Hannah

Whether your company is at the leading edge of tech or whether you need more support, I can help you decide on the perfect tech strategy for your business objectives; design the right solution for your needs; and support your team to deliver it effortlessly.
I’ve devoted my professional life to helping companies achieve better results from their bespoke IT projects, delivered quickly, simply and predictably with the perfect blend of Waterfall confidence and Agile flexibility.

Better outcomes, delivered more predictably, more easily, and more quickly

A thousand people could say that, maybe even a million.

But not many of them can claim it based on 25+ years’ experience on over a billion pounds worth of projects. From A to nearly Z, airports to waste processing (sadly, I’ve not worked with x-ray machines, yachts or zippers – the only X, Y & Z industries I could find).

Lots of those other people have great approaches to doing IT better, whether that’s improving leadership, coding better, testing more thoroughly or whatever.

And hey, they’re probably right, too. Which is great news for you, as their skills and mine are probably complementary – double the boost.

I don’t have all the answers, but I have answers that other people don’t have

I am that rare mix of creative, logical, curious and intelligent. I pick up ideas everywhere, like a magpie, ready to be combined in new and interesting ways to solve the next problem, whether that’s with my next client, or at home renovating my very dilapidated Grade II Listed farmhouse & barns to create a rural retreat & glamping site so that families and businesses alike can escape to recharge, refresh and rethink.

My eclectic curiosity has been a major theme in my professional life: I’ve worked with companies across a broad spectrum of industries, many of whom you would recognise. From government departments to niche digital agencies; highly regulated industries like health, law and financial services, to organisations disrupting their industries; globally recognised brands including Heathrow, Shell and Avis to start-ups that will shape our world in years to come. But the consistent thread is that I’m always striving to make things better: better for the people I work with, better for their customers, and better for the world. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a tiny adjustment to produce a small incremental enhancement or a more dramatic complete change of direction: every improvement matters.

I have three great loves in life: learning new things, finding missed opportunities in a problem, and my home county of Pembrokeshire. But most importantly, I love sharing them with people. Through my consulting work with selected clients. Through amazing resources to help others learn and apply the techniques I’ve developed for themselves. And one day soon, through creative courses, curated corporate getaways and magical family holidays at my Pembrokeshire home under the keen eye of Spike, my uber-friendly, fetch-obsessed hound.

Coffee & a chinwag

Whether we ever work together or not, I’m always interested (my Ma would call it being nosey) in exploring new ways to improve your functional design and project delivery.

Join me for a coffee & we can bounce your thoughts or concerns around – I’m always happy to bring a fresh, independent perspective… and, if we ever meet in real life, the biscuits too!
